A recent graduate of the University of Akron, Katelyn has a wide variety of experience performing in ensembles. She has served as principal flute and piccolo of the University of Akron Symphonic Band under the direction of Dr. Galen Karriker. She also performed as principal flutist for the University of Akron Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Guy Bordo. Additional ensembles include the University of Akron flute choir, and the Lunaris Graduate Woodwind Quintet. She also performs as a woodwind doubler across Northeast Ohio.
